Roxann Linton

Ms. Roxann Linton is a seasoned financial services professional passionate about organizational improvement through human capacity development. As Founder and CEO of InnerHub Consulting Services Ltd, Ms. Linton empowers individuals and organizations to navigate complexity and achieve sustainable growth with innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
As the former Chief Executive Officer of First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union Limited (FHC), Ms. Linton led a significant turnaround, eliminating a major deficit and repositioning the credit union for success. Before FHC, Ms. Linton held senior roles in international financial institutions, focusing on retail and commercial banking, compliance, and risk management.
Ms. Linton holds a CFA Charter, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
Deeply committed to social impact, Ms. Linton serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Jamaica and the Education Committee of the Women’s Leadership Initiative. As a Certified Speaker and Coach, Ms. Linton leverages her expertise in leadership development and organizational change to inspire and guide individuals and teams toward holistic fulfilment and outstanding business outcomes.
