Mr. Jerome Smalling is the Chief Executive Officer of JMMB Bank (Jamaica) Limited and Group Banking Lead with oversight banking business across the JMMB Group. Boasting an esteemed 28-year career in banking, his experience includes tenures as Branch Manager at Scotiabank Jamaica, Vice President, Personal Banking at the RBC Caribbean and Manager, Branch Sales Strategy Initiatives, Royal Bank’s National Office, Toronto Canada.
As a business and sales leadership coach, he uses his business development skills to grow assets and profitability, while driving customer value at the financial institutions at which he was based. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Professional Management from the H. Wayne Huizenga Business School, Nova South-Eastern University and completed executive training at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.
